I'm a Brazilian Italy-based Product & Service Designer with over 15 years of professional experience, with a strength in User Experience and Design Thinking approach on digital products and services. I'm enthusiastic about holistic thinking and systemic approaches to problem solving and passionate about creating new solutions based on research methods, creative problem-solving and collaborative design methods to design services, experiences and systems.
I believe that good design means transforming problems into smooth solutions and creating connections that matter.
In my life, I’ve always pursued meaningful projects with impact on people's lives and innovative solutions and I’m most inspired by people's stories.
I am part of the global leadership team at Ladies that UX, as the EMEA Director. I also opened the chapter of Ladies that UX in Milan, the first chapter in Italy.
Ladies that UX is a global community that champions inclusivity, support, and collaboration among talented women in UX. Our mission is to push the boundaries of UX while promoting and elevating female expertise in the field.
